Fixed a bunch of dead links, fixed case for a few refs (it used to be on NT, which is more forgiving about case)
- Fixed a few problems where a link refers to "default.html", but the directory contains "index.html". There may still be more of those problems.

Re-ordered the history page to put the latest change at the top. This would
make it much easier for my loyal customers to see what's changed, if only
I actually had any loyal customers.
-
Added Christmas '97 and Storm '98 pages.
-
Copied the page to my local web server, from my ISP. Why? Because I can.
So there. This makes it much easier for me to edit the page, with the small
disadvantage that it makes it impossible for others to see it. But I don't
think anyone looks at it anyway, so no loss.
